The Basics.

How does this work? Why is it a membership service?

The Tribe Co wants to simplify your life. We take time to learn about what’s important to you – your family, your household preferences and what you wish you had more time to do. We tackle to-do lists. Everything from household tasks like laundry, scheduling appointments and running errands to calling the plumber about the leaky faucet.

Because we’re membership-based, our clients can book their hours ahead of time or call us throughout the month when “life happens.” Whether you can’t get to the dry cleaner before they close or you have an organization project that’s been on the backburner… You tell us what you need and we will handle the rest.

If you can dream it – we can do it, or we will find someone in our network who can!

How long does it take for a request to be completed?

Great question, signature service requests are typically completed anywhere between 48-72 hours. Scheduled services with our “Tribe Connect” network are subject to provider schedules and hours of operation.

Who are your trusted experts? How does The Tribe Co. Determine who a trusted expert is?

Each expert that joins our “Tribe Connect” network is personally vetted by our Founder, Ashley, and must meet The Tribe’s standards of quality service.

We work with local solo-preneurs and small local business owners because we believe in supporting local and bolstering our communities.

Is your expert not in our network? No worries! We’re still happy to schedule the service with them.

If I don’t use appointments or in house services do they roll over?

We want to be a helpful part of your household, serving your needs on an ongoing basis. However, the number of appointments and in house service hours will not roll over if they are not used.

What’s the difference between Signature Services and “Tribe Connect” Services?

Some services The Tribe Co. Team can handle and some services we leave to the pros.


The Tribe Co. can run errands, do research, organization projects, set appointments, tidy up and much much more. To see more of what we do, check out our Membership Guide Page.


We leave the heavy lifting to the experts. Do you need your lawn mowed, your tv mounted, sessions with a mobile personal trainer or a handyman to tend to your home? For services we don’t specialize in, we call the pros in our network. You tell us what you need, we’ll schedule it and notify you when it’s done. 

What types of services can members request?

So glad you asked! Members can request a wide variety of tasks. Our Signature Services run the gamut from researching a travel destination and compiling travel itinerary, decorating for the holidays, grocery shopping to picking up your dry cleaning. We also schedule appointments with our “Tribe Connect” local experts. Have a pesky leak? Keep forgetting to schedule the family’s dental appointments? We’ve got you covered – say goodbye to the mental load, to-do lists, and stress!

How do members submit requests for appointments or tasks?

SO easy! Members call, text, or email their requests to us around the clock. Requests received after operating hours will be added to the queue for execution the following business day. The Tribe Co’s hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8 am – 6 pm.

What’s the billing cycle?

Memberships renew monthly on the sale date. Your billing cycle begins the day you join The Tribe Co.

What if I need you to make a purchase on my behalf?

Not to worry! While we don’t pay for the service providers that we book for you we are happy to pick up your dry cleaning, groceries, etc. We will make those purchases using our Tribe Co. card and bill the card on file for the cost of the purchase plus 2.9% to cover the cost of the transaction. 

What if I want to use my card for the purchases instead of The Tribe Co. card?

For your security, we’re unable to use a personal card to make purchases on your behalf. While our payment processor securely stores your card for billing purposes, we do not have full access to your credit card information to make purchases. 

Speaking of storing my credit card information, is the rest of my personal information secure and confidential?

Always! Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We will never disclose or distribute your personal information with 3rd parties for any purpose.

When we schedule services and appointments on your behalf, we only share the necessary details with the service provider.

What if I decide to terminate?

We’ll hate to see you go but understand that you may need to bid us adieu. To terminate your membership, we require that you provide us with a 90 day written notice.
